Down on the Farm

Down on the Farm

As a farm girl, I can attest that growing up on a farm made for the most idyllic childhood.  There were always
barns and fields to play in, and farm animals to befriend.

This bride took it one step further by actually
getting married on her family farm.

There ceremony took place back a long lane in the woods, surrounded by trees and wildflowers on one of the most beautiful days in late summer.

A trellis was decorated with a garland of lemon leaf, springeri, Italian ruscus, babies breath, and daisies.

Guests were seated on hay bales covered with colorful homemade quilts.
The moms & grandmas wore corsages of wildflowers.

The reception was held in a rustic barn, with mason jars decorated in burlap and lace with green sunflowers.

All the best to the happy bride and groom!
